Agencies

For an agency running growth for other people

The thing that matters in agency software is not the client switcher. It is whether one client’s data can ever reach another’s. In Xyranik that separation is the same one that keeps any two customers apart, which is the only version worth trusting.

14-day evaluation · no card · start before you connect anything

Example. Two client workspaces an agency works inside, and one route that refuses the agency outright.

What this looks like end to end

Your own systems on the left of each step, the work Xyranik does in the middle, and the outcome it can actually measure at the end.

One client’s workspace end to end, with the separation enforced on the server and the report drawn from the same ledger as the work.

What changes

How this runs today

  • Separation is a folder and a careful person

Clients sit as accounts or folders inside one login. What stops work going to the wrong one is whoever is clicking being careful, every time.

  • The report is rebuilt every month

Figures are pulled from several tools into a deck by hand. The client sees a number they cannot trace back, and neither can you once the file is closed.

  • Removing access is done from memory

When a contract ends somebody works through the tools they can remember, and the one nobody remembers keeps working.

With Xyranik

  • The client owns the workspace, you work inside it

Not a folder in your account. The client keeps their own workspace, their own data and their own record, and your access to it is a thing that can be given and taken back.

  • Which client you are in is re-checked every request

Switching client is not a state your browser holds. It is checked on the server on every request, so a stale tab cannot act on the wrong client.

  • Some things are the client’s alone

Who is on the client’s team is theirs to decide. Those routes refuse an agency outright rather than hiding the button — because who has access is exactly the decision an agency should not be able to make quietly.

  • Reports drawn from the same record as the work

What you show a client comes out of the ledger the work wrote to. There is no second set of numbers to reconcile, and nothing to assemble by hand the night before.

What it does not do for you

Listed here rather than discovered in week two.

  • No white-labelled product

Xyranik is Xyranik in front of your client: the product cannot be rebranded as your own. What carries your brand is the report you give them — your name always, your logo and colour on the plans with custom branding, and no mention of Xyranik on the plans with white label.

  • No cross-client view

There is no screen showing every client’s numbers side by side. That would mean one place holding several clients’ data together, which is the thing this design exists to prevent.
