Measure and automate
Follow-ups that run on their own, and can be rehearsed first
The risk in automation is not that it fails, it is that it succeeds quietly on the wrong people. So this one can be rehearsed against a real contact before it runs, and an edit never changes a run already under way.

How it is measured
Where this sits in the loop
Execute. It does the work. It follows Approve and hands on to Measure.
- 1
Two kinds, and the difference matters
One kind is about a contact and runs once per person. The other is about the business, runs on a schedule with nobody in it, and is the only kind that may post to social — because a per-contact workflow would post once per signup.
- 2
Rehearse it against a real contact
A dry run shows the exact path it would take, before anything is turned on and before anybody is contacted.
- 3
Turning it on freezes a version
Each run follows the version that was live when it started. Editing tomorrow does not rewrite what is mid-flight today.
What it proves
Waits that survive a restart
A three-day wait is durable. It is not a timer in memory that a deployment silently discards.
Describe it and let it be drafted
The Automator agent can draft a sequence from a description and tell you what it left out and what you still need to supply — rather than presenting a half-built graph as finished.
Sends inside automations obey the same gates
Nothing sent from a workflow bypasses approval, consent or limits. There is no side door.
What it cannot prove
The claims this refuses to make, and what would be needed before it could.
Only real events start one
The triggers are the ones the product actually fires. A workflow cannot be designed around an event that does not exist, and the builder will not offer one.
The two kinds cannot be mixed
A graph that tries to both address a contact and post to the business is refused rather than repaired, because either repair would be a guess at what you meant.
Find out what you can actually prove
Revenue is traced once per order, and where it cannot be traced the page says so. Attributed and incremental are shown as different things, because a business acting on one when it meant the other makes the wrong decision.
