Email that can prove what it added
Email is where measurement is possible in a way it is not anywhere else: you can deliberately not send to some people and compare. That is the difference between what followed a campaign and what a campaign caused.

How you use it
Where this sits in the loop
Execute. It does the work. It follows Approve and hands on to Measure.
- 1
Audiences are resolved when the send goes out
A segment is worked out at send time, not when it was created, so it holds whoever matches at that moment rather than a stale list.
- 2
A hold-back group makes it measurable
Where a campaign deliberately excludes a group, the difference between them is what the send added. It is the only source of an incremental number in Xyranik.
- 3
Approval, then a queue that cannot double-send
A send that needs a person waits in the Inbox. Once released, work is claimed once, and the per-recipient record is what decides who has already been contacted.
What it produces
Consent is enforced, not assumed
Only subscribed contacts are written to. With double opt-in on, a new contact cannot be emailed until they confirm — and buying from you is not consent to marketing.
Revenue traced back to the send
Orders are traced to the campaign that preceded them through discount codes and touch history, so what a send returned is a figure from your own ledger.
A/B tests concluded once
Two versions to part of a list, judged by the daily sweep, concluded once and not revisited.
What it does not do
Listed here rather than discovered halfway through making something.
Delivered is not the same as accepted
What the provider accepted and what actually arrived are different numbers. Delivery figures only appear once the provider’s webhook is configured, and until then the page says accepted.
Sending needs a verified address
Email goes from an address you have proved you hold. Until one is verified, sends and automations say so rather than failing later.
Draft something in your own voice
Everything is written from what your business has actually said and sold, checked against the claims you approved, and held for you to read. Nothing is published by an agent on its own.
