A video planned as scenes and shots, with a budget
A thirty-second video is not one thing, it is a dozen shots. Planning it that way is useful on its own — a shot list is something you can film yourself — and it is the only structure under which generating any of it could ever be safe.

How you use it
Where this sits in the loop
Execute. It does the work. It follows Approve and hands on to Measure.
- 1
The brief becomes a storyboard
A project holds what the video is for, its shape and its length. Scenes are the beats; shots are the individual things a camera or a model would make.
- 2
Two ceilings, checked before anything starts
A project can carry its own budget in credits, and your monthly allowance applies regardless. A shot has to fit inside both, and one that would not is refused rather than quietly made shorter.
- 3
Every shot is priced before it is made
What it would cost, what you have left this month, and what would be left afterwards — shown before anything starts, not discovered after.
What it produces
Useful with nothing switched on
The storyboard, the shots, the budget and the costings all work today, and nothing on the page spends a credit.
A refusal, never a silent trim
A shot that does not fit the budget is declined with the figures. Generating something shorter than you asked for and charging you for it is the worse surprise.
No total invented from a partial one
Where any shot cannot be priced, the project’s remaining cost is withheld entirely rather than summing the ones that could — which would understate the bill by exactly the part nobody understands.
What it does not do
Listed here rather than discovered halfway through making something.
Generating the footage is not switched on
Xyranik does not render video. No supplier arrangement is in place, and every price row is inactive. Everything else on the page works.
No editing or assembly
There is no timeline, no cutting and no export of a finished film. This is planning and costing, and it says so.
Draft something in your own voice
Everything is written from what your business has actually said and sold, checked against the claims you approved, and held for you to read. Nothing is published by an agent on its own.
